We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of when your order lands on your doorstep. And the best part? Store credit never expires—so you can take your time finding something that really speaks to you.

Here’s the lowdown:
✨ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have tags attached. (We use a special security tag. If it's tampered with, we can't take the return.)
✨ Store credit will be issued for the total minus any discounts or promos used.
✨ Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs fees are on you, babe.
✨ We don’t do refunds—store credit only!
✨ All sale items = final sale (no takebacks, no exchanges).
✨ Return requests made after 7 days? Sadly, we can’t accept them.

How to make a return (super easy):

1. Shoot us an email at petalsandpromisesprom@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Be sure to include your order number.

3. Once you get the green light from us, your return needs to be postmarked within 5 days.
